The Development of Dubai




Dubai is a city in the United Arab Emirates, located within the emirate of the same name. The emirate of Dubai is located Southeast of the Persian Gulf on the Arabian Peninsula and is one of the seven emirates the make-up  the county.

 Dubai was a small coastal village best known in the region for its trading, fishing and pearling settlements. But over the past three decades, the emirate has grown into a buzzing city famous for its modern buildings, state of the art technology and enviable infrastructure. Dubai is unique - a clean, contemporary city built on the ideal of providing the finest facilities, attractions and environment for business and tourism. Glittering modern commercial towers blend with ancient middle eastern designs.

Cresent Moon & Hilal Towers

The First Underwater Hotel

Hydropolis the first underwater hotel, it include three elements, the land station, where the guest are welcomed, the connecting tunnel, which transport the guest by train to the main area of the hotel.

The hotel consist of 220 suites with submarine leisure complex. The hotel is located on the Jumeirah Beach coastline.

The developer of the Hydropolis is Joachim Hauser, this hotel opened in 2009.

Rotating Towers

Dubai Rotating Tower;
 
Da Vinci Tower a $350 million dollar tower to be known as the dynamic architecture. Is one of Dubai tourist attractions. Designed by David Fisher. Fisher stated Dubai is a city of the future and think that the building of the future should be in the city of the future.

The building reach 80 floors the top 10 floors are used for luxury "Villa' styled apartments, below which a further 35 of accommodation then 15 floors below an extravagant hotel and the lowest 20 floors is used for retail.
